Alice in Wonderland is one of my sister’s, Becca, favorite past time Disney movies!
Lucky for me, her daughter, my niece, Chloe has also taken a liking to the weirdness of the classic movie. Or the Maddness, if you will…
Lucky for me because, I’ve wanted to get my hands on an Alice themed cake for quite some time.
Seriously, the endless possibilities for an Alice cake could make you madd. Yeah, I did it again.
I could have went extremely crazy and chaotic with the details, but sometimes less is more. Plus, my niece was turning 6, she probably really only cared that Alice was on there, and oh that crazy door, that’s nice, but best of all, there was white cake, blueberry filling, cream cheese buttercream, AND blowing out the candles. Then, there’s the synchrony of kids screaming, “I WANT THAT PIECE, I WANT THAT PIECE!” Followed by my sister, “You get whatever piece I give you.”
Yep, my sister, the Queen of Hearts. Face turns red, “Off with their heads!”Β And me, the March Hare, frantically running around, “I’m late, I’m late, for a very important date!”
Alright, alright, back to the cake. Every bit of this cake was made with love and I couldn’t wait to show my sister and niece what I came up with.

Me? The Queen of Hearts? Never! π
OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!
Blueberry filling and cream cheese buttercream… is THE BEST! It come highly recommend, by muah!
