As a cake decorator, there are always going to be certain themes, techniques, or specific characters I want to cross off my bucket list… cake list? Cake bucket list? Yeah, cake bucket list, I like it. With that being said, Elmo has had a place on my cake bucket list, and I was  finally able to cross that little orange nosed critter off!

Okay, so who’s cuter? Elmo or Dorothy, Elmo’s pet goldfish? Pfft, I can’t decide either.

Dorothy is hand painted with food dye and complimented by pearl bubbles.

Last, but not least, (probably the best part, though) these cupcakes were total birthday cake style, funfetti sprinkles in white cake, with delicious buttercream. One of my favorite flavors- along with many other kiddos!

And, of course, I can’t forget to include the Elmo smash cake- I applaud all parents who order their child a smash cake. Wonder why?? Order one for your own child and find out, they’re the best! 😉
